Option 1: STANDARD PACKAGE - $325 +GST: held during open play; 10 kids (not including birthday celebrant) and 20 adults with the option of adding 5 extra kids; total # of guests cannot be over 36 people

Option 2: PREMIUM PACKAGE - $950 +GST: private use of space

• Choose the party package that works best for you: Standard Party or Premium Private Party. 
• Complete the booking form with your contact and preferred date and time. 
• We’ll get in touch to confirm availability and send you instructions to complete your booking and pay the deposit. 
• Your party is officially reserved once the deposit is received.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. 
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your party. 
• Any additional charges or add-ons will be added to your final balance.

• Parties/events are TWO hours long. 
• Parties can be held anytime between our regular business hours (Monday to Thursday - 9 to 4 pm ; Friday - 9 am to 4:30 pm; Weekends - 9 am to 5 pm during weekends).
• Parties may be booked outside of regular business hours or extended beyond 2 hours. Please contact us to inquire about availability and options.
• Please be mindful of your scheduled party end time. Your reserved time includes play, food/cake, gathering belongings, and cleanup. All party guests and belongings must vacate the reserved party area by the scheduled end time.
• Parties that remain beyond their scheduled end time will be subject to an additional fee. Additional time cannot be guaranteed and is subject to PlayDen's availability and other scheduled bookings.
• Party admission is valid only for the scheduled party period. Guests wishing to continue playing after the party must purchase or book additional open play admission, subject to capacity.

• Standard Parties: Decorations are not permitted. 
• Premium Private Parties: Decorations are welcome, and can be set up 30 minutes before party time.
• We provide a “Happy Birthday” banner and number balloon, available in various themes. 
• Confetti, glitter and piñatas are not permitted.

• We’ll contact you a few days before your party to finalize the details. 
• Confirm your final number of children and adults attending. 
• Finalize your party theme and tableware colours. 
• Confirm any PlayDen platter orders. 
• Provide the names of all children attending so our team can have them on the guest list for check-in. 
• Please have these details ready when we contact you to help make party day check-in and set-up run smoothly. 

• Socks are required for all children and adults entering the play area. 
• Each family must complete their own waiver before entering. 
• Waivers can be completed online before your party or upon arrival. 
• Party hosts are encouraged to remind their guests to complete the waiver ahead of time for a smoother check-in.

• All parties include juice boxes for children, water and pop. 
• Standard Parties: No outside food or drinks are permitted, as PlayDen remains open to other guests during your party. 
• Premium Private Parties: Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. 
• Cake and cupcakes are welcome for all party packages. 
• PlayDen offers a variety of food platters that can be added to your party. 
• Platters must be ordered at least 3 days in advance to allow time for preparation.
