Our team is trained in first aid and CPR. While staff are not able to administer medical care, they can assist in contacting emergency services if needed.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and managing any medical needs while on site.
We understand that children can become excited while playing; however, rough play is not permitted. We ask that parents and guardians support safe play by guiding their children and reinforcing appropriate behaviour. Staff may approach families if needed to help maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone.
We have a dedicated toddler area, separate from the main play structure and pretend village, intentionally designed to provide infants and young children with a space of their own. This area is reserved for children ages 2 and under, and we kindly ask that older children allow younger ones to enjoy this space safely.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Details on our cleaning practices and how we maintain a hygienic play environment.
Play areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day, with a more thorough cleaning of the entire space completed daily.
We use commercial-grade cleaning and sanitizing products appropriate for public spaces. In addition, we use Force of Nature, an EPA-registered disinfectant made from salt, water, and vinegar that is electrically activated to create a powerful cleaner. It is effective at killing germs while being safe for use around children when applied as directed.
We follow cleaning practices in line with Alberta Health Services (AHS) guidance for indoor play spaces. The ball pit is cleaned and disinfected on a regular daily schedule. Balls are removed and thoroughly cleaned on a weekly basis, and the surrounding play area is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
All cleaning follows proper wash–rinse–sanitize steps using approved disinfectants to help reduce the spread of germs.
