Parties are 2 hours long and are scheduled during open play hours. Outside food is not permitted. Cake and/or cupcakes are welcome. Party platters may be purchased separately.

Private use of the space • Outside food and party decorations are permitted

Private parties may be available outside of our standard party hours. Please email info@playdencafe.ca to inquire about availability and pricing.

• juice boxes, water and pitchers of pop
• Coordinated party tableware (tablecloth, plates, cups, and cutlery) in one chosen colour
• Colour options: pink, blue, yellow, orange, purple, green, or black

We’ll have the decorations ready before your party starts, just show up and celebrate. Included are the following:

• “Happy Birthday” banner
• celebrant’s name and age

Available themes: princess, mermaid, unicorn, jungle animals, hockey, dinosaur, teddy bear, and cars. 

Looking for a different theme? Contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate. Outside decorations are permitted only with the "Premium Party" package, for safety reasons and to protect our play areas.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party bookings.

More than 7 days’ notice
Parties may be rescheduled one time, and the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

7 days or less notice
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows
No refunds or credits will be provided.

Party Platter Orders
Platter orders must be finalized by 4:30 PM two days before the party and cannot be refunded after this deadline.
